Hey guys, I wanted to make a quick tutorial guide on how to change the volume of patterns inside FL Studio.

This is probably one of the simplest guides I have ever made, I am aware that this would not be so easy for FL Studio beginners.

To change the volume of patterns inside the piano roll of FL Studio. I have created and shown a piano roll pattern example below:

Example of a pattern inside FL Studio

Now, to edit the volume of this pattern, it's very simple.

All that has to be done is right-click on the "velocity" and drag up or down to make the volume higher or lower for each pattern (key-note).

I have highlighted in "red" the whole volume section where the volume of each pattern can be changed, and also the pinpoint ends with a "red square" which can be moved up and down to increase and decrease the volume of each piano-note/pattern.

Check it out below:

As you can see from above, it's very simple to change the volume of patterns inside FL Studio, and I hope this tutorial will provide the correct information and guide.

How do you know how much volume has been added to each pattern?

This can easily be checked inside the "hint panel" at the top of FL Studio, right below the main menu screen tabs.

Check out my example below:

I hope this FL studio guide on how to change the volume of a pattern will come in handy, if you guy have any question drop them below.

Also, as I have mentioned before, this is a very simple process, but can be quite complicated to anyone who is starting off with FL Studio.
